Wester completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, followed by her M.D. at Iowa’s Carver College of Medicine. She recently completed an OB/GYN residency at the University of Arizona, where she was recipient of both the Resident Research Award and Resident Teaching Award.
