How do you survive summers in Tucson?

β€œIn the summer we love running to places like Brandi Fenton Memorial Park. They have a fun splash pad, lots of shade and best of all it’s all free. The Oro Valley Aquatic Center is great too β€” just a couple bucks each and you can play and stay cool all day. Other than that we try to stay out of the hot sun by staying in for arts and crafts, board games and movies.”

Summer tip:

The Oro Valley Aquatic Center at 23 W. Calle Concordia is having a Teen Dive-In Movie Night the fourth Saturday of every month from June through September, which includes free admission and two free slices of pizza. It’s from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Drop your teens off, and go on date night.
