Youth On Their Own (YOTO) announced a promotion: Kristyn Conner, promoted to director of development. She joined YOTO in 2014, as a grant writer and then development coordinator, after serving three AmeriCorps terms with Tucson nonprofits. She graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in international relations.
