Clancy named chef at Rincon Mountain Grill

Forty Niner Country Club has named Paul Clancy as executive chef of its restaurant, the Rincon Mountain Grill.

Clancy most recently was executive chef at Hi Falutin Rapid Fire Western Grill.

He has been in the culinary field for more than 35 years starting in San Francisco and has worked for and with such names as Wolfgang Puck, Martin Yan, Jeremiah Tower and Paul Proudomme. His Tucson experience includes positions at Westward Look Resort, the Tack Room and Stuart Anderson’s Black Angus restaurants.
