San Miguel High School announces hirings and promotions: Thom Melendez has joined San Miguel as vice president of advancement. He was development director at CODAC Health, Recovery and Wellness and University of Arizona Health Sciences. Melendez holds a bachelor’s of science in elementary education from the UA and a master’s in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University.
