Samsel, project manager for engineering, has 12 years of transportation engineering experience in Arizona, including management of projects throughout Southern Arizona. He is an associate board member of the Arizona Transportation Builders Association. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona.
