Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona was shot in the head Saturday morning while speaking with constituents outside a grocery store in Tucson, AZ. The gunman killed at least five people and wounded several others. Governor Jan Brewer remarked on the congresswoman and their personal relationship Saturday afternoon while Giffords remained in critical condition.
