Airport Authority chooses Hernandez to guide strategy
Cynthia Hernandez joined the Tucson Airport Authority as senior director of organizational strategy and administrative services/chief strategy officer.
For the last seven years, Hernandez was the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration federal security director in Southern Arizona.
She held positions with the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Hernandez earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and an MBA from California State University-San Bernardino.
