At Casa Grande, the Cougars (3-1) cruised to their third straight victory after jumping to a 40-0 halftime lead.
DeErik Smith ripped off touchdown runs of 46 and 66 yards in the second half for the Ravens (1-3).
Empire will be looking to get back on track next week when the Ravens travel to Catalina (0-4) to take on the Trojans.
Empire clipped Catalina 28-21 a year ago.
