Neck Deep: Peace And Panic Tour, 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at The Rock, 136 N. Park Ave. UK pop-punk band Neck Deep is touring on its third studio album “Peace and Panic,” and they’ve invited a few international friends along: Canadian rockers Seaway, English horror punk-rockers Creeper, American emo-indie rockers Speak Low If You Speak Love and California rockers Gardenside.
