Not good news: Tucson High diver Delaney Schnell, one of America’s leading hopefuls for the 2016 and 2020 Olympics, was not able to compete for the state diving championships because of a technical error. Her name was not properly processed in time for this weekend’s finals, at which she would’ve been a huge favorite.
