Tucson High grad Tom Wilhelmsen is a salary arbitration showdown with the Seattle Mariners. The middle reliever, 31, is asking for $2.2 million this season; the Mariners offered $1.4 million. Wilhelmsen made $528,800 last season when he was 3-2 with a 2.27 ERA in 79 1/3 innings over 57 games.
