Real estate news: Housing development in Marana

Richmond American Homes bought 69 platted single-family residential lots at the southeast corner of Cortaro Farms Road and Sandy Desert Trail in Marana for $1.38 million to develop Willow Vista. The community will feature single and two-story homes.

The builder plans four models with three to six bedrooms. Home sizes will range from 1,920 to 3,020 square feet and prices have not been determined.

The seller was Fidelity National Title Trust #60411. Ben Becker and Adam Becker, with CBRE, brokered the sale.

Other recent commercial sales transactions include:

• 4897 N. Jersey Court LLC and 4904 N. Shamrock Place LLC bought 13,000 square feet of industrial space at 4897 N. Jersey Court and 4904 N. Shamrock Place from VW3 LLC and VW4 LLC for $1.3 million. Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the seller.
• Skinner Capital Investments LLC bought 5,502 square feet of retail space at 90 W. River Road from D.D. Dunlap Companies Inc. for $950,390. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, represented the buyer, and Debbie Heslop and Dave Hammack, with Volk Co., represented the seller.
• SVP Holdings LLC bought 2nd Street Condominiums, a 16-unit complex at 3647 E. Second St., from Farner Family Trust for $755,000. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.
• DSBNG Craycroft LLC bought a 14,798-square-foot office building at 2222 N. Craycroft Road from 2222 North Craycroft LLC for $690,000. Picor;s Rob Glaser represented the seller and Mark Irvin, with Mark Irvin Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the buyer.
• JIMP Holdings LLC bought 23,206 square feet at 3220 E. Lincoln St. from 3220 East Lincoln LLC for $495,000. Pat Welchert, with Picor, represented the seller and Picor’s Ron Zimmerman represented the buyer.
• Interdependent Properties LLC bought Calle Arizona Apartments, a 10-unit complex at 269-271 E. Calle Arizona, from Starker Services Inc. for $376,000. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.
• LARC LLC bought a 4,416 square foot industrial building on 1.66 acres at 11511 N. Casa Grande Highway from 8800 W. Water LLC for $360,000. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the buyer.
• Arizona Roofing Solutions Inc. bought a 4,530-square-foot industrial building at 2624, 2630, & 2638 S. Alvernon Way from Alvernon Way LLC for $235,000. Picor’s Ron Zimmerman represented the seller and Nic Chavira, with Tango Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the buyer.
• Pinnacle Realty Investors LLC bought 3,091 square feet at 1701 and 1709 E. Miles St. from Tara Mahayana Buddhist Center for $205,000. Pinnacle will redevelop the property into student housing. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, represented the seller and Rick Bailey, with Tucson Integrity Realty LLC, represented the buyer.
