The Joint Chiropractic: At the ribbon-cutting event last week for its new Rillito Clinic at 4246 N. First Ave., Suite 140, The Joint gave a $1,000 donation to the organization Firefighters vs. Autism.

Catalina Mountain Elks Lodge No. 2815: Plans to prepare and deliver turkey dinners with all the trimmings to eight fire stations in the Golder Ranch Fire District and two in the Mountain Vista Fire District on the 14th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The lodge has continued this practice since 2002.

Disabled American Veterans: Donated a new 12-passenger van to the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System last week.
