Construction continues on several new businesses set to open before year’s end at a new mixed-tenant center at the northeast corner of West Cortaro Farms Road and Interstate 10.
The center will include a Carondelet microhospital, as well as another, undisclosed medical user.
In addition to the microhospital, IHOP, Arby’s, Serial Grillers and Dutch Bros Coffee have signed leases at the center, said Brenna Lacey, a broker with Volk Co.
