The former Chantilly Tea Room & Gift Boutique will soon become a full-service hair salon.

Circa 79 Salon bought the 3,000-square-foot building at 5185 N. Genematas Drive from T. Read Holdings LLC for $600,000. The new owners plan to turn the 14-year-old building into a salon. Circa 79 has been in the Tucson market since 2008. A timeline for the opening was not available.

The tea room closed in September. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, handled the transaction.

  • Unrein Properties LLC bought a 2,600-square-foot office building at 5422 S. 12th Ave. from Alva M. Maldonado Revocable Trust for $190,000. Isaac Figueroa, with Picor, represented the seller, and Kevin Volk, with Volk Co., represented the buyer.
  • BASAD LLC bought the 2,865-square-foot building at 4224-4228 E. Grant Road for $175,000. Frank Arrotta of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the seller. Londer Living Trust and Peter Canacakos, of Long Commercial Group, represented the buyer.
  • Next Level Motorsports LLC leased 4,500 square feet of industrial space at 5270 S. Bantam Road from Bantam LLC. Eric Lamb and Aubrey Finkelstein, of Vast Real Estate Solutions, represented the landlord.
  • UCXtra Services LLC, dba Urgent Care Extra Arizona, leased 4,245 square feet in the Placita Del Oracle Shopping Center from PP Two Inc. Dave Hammack, of Volk Co., represented the landlord of the center at 6021 N. Oracle Road and Kenneth Elmer, of Commercial Properties Inc., represented the tenant.
  • Escape Room Tucson leased 3,500 square feet of retail space at 3655 N. Oracle Road from Olympic View Properties Inc. Aubrey Finkelstein, of Vast Real Estate Solutions, represented the landlord.
