UA's Eller College moves up in biz-school rankings

The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management graduate programs remained in the top ranks nationally, with its Management Information Systems and full-time MBA programs moving up in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings.

According to U.S. News’ 2018 Best Graduate Schools edition released Tuesday, Eller’s MIS program moved up No. 4 overall, behind MIT, Carnegie Mellon, and the University of Texas-Austin. Eller MIS is ranked No. 2 among public programs in the United States.

Eller’s full-time MBA program jumped from No. 60 to No. 49 overall, and ranked No. 24 among public programs, the UA said.

Other rankings include Eller’s part-time MBA, which tied with six other universities to rank at No. 46 overall and No. 30 among public programs. Graduate programs in Economics tied with four other universities at No. 42 overall and No. 22 among public programs.
