An excavator prepares the foundation for a new student-housing tower at the southwest corner of East Speedway and North Park Avenue. It will be the fourth Hub tower in the area around the intersection. Crews have torn down a strip of retail shops to make way for 152 townhouse-style units with 485 bedrooms for rent. The newest tower will sit atop a new retail strip. Hub IV is expected to be open in time for the 2021-22 school year.

At its tallest point, the complex will be 84 feet high and feature a penthouse, pool terrace and mezzanine.

Developers Core Spaces plan to open Hub IV for the 2021 school year.
