CDO grad Ames a star in summer league
After Nick Ames helped CDO win the state baseball championship in May, he joined the Utah Marshalls, a college summer league team with whom he has been a star. Ames, who will play at UNLV, is hitting .378 with 54 RBIs in 59 games. It’s the same team that Washington Nationals All-Star Bryce Harper played for in his amateur career.
