The gates at the AVA at Casino del Sol for tonight's Rascal Flatts show will open at 7 and the concert will start at 8.
Promoters announced the new time change this morning. Rascal Flatts was supposed to go on stage at 7 at the AVA, 5655 W. Valencia Road.
