Bill Cosby arrived at a court in Pennsylvania on Tuesday to attend a hearing held to determine whether or not he will go to trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in 2004. The woman, Andrea Constand, was not in court to testify. Of the almost 60 accusations of drugging and/or rape made against Cosby, only Constand's have resulted in criminal charges.
