Dinners With Augie β Temple of Music And Artβs Cabaret Theater, 330 S. Scott Ave. Scott Charlesβ one-act, three-character play has its light moments. But itβs a serious subject: Life, death, and what it all means. Arthur is an elderly man nearing the end of his life while keeping the memory of his much-loved late wife alive. Facing mortality often forces a reflection on life, and Augie does that with the help of his nurse and doctor. The cast in this Scott Charles Productionsβ play is made up of Jeff Webster, Chad Eggen and Amy Scully; Regina Ford directs.

You don’t want to miss this delightful chamber musical about a princess who falls in love with a man who doesn’t know she exists and the lengths she will go to see that love triumphs.
