Ex-UA CWS MVP Refsnyder starts strong with Yanks

Robert Refsnyder is off to a strong start in the New York Yankees’ spring camp. The UA’s 2012 College World Series MVP hit .375 in his first nine games; he’s battling for the second base job with 32-year-old ex-Tucson Sidewinder Stephen Drew, who was 2 for 16 so far this spring at the plate. The Yankees owe Drew a guaranteed $5 million this year, which could decide the job.
