2025 TFOB Tucson Festival of Books critter Mexican Free Tailed Bat

The Tucson Festival of Books is seeking participants for its Science City Neighborhoods March 15-16 on the UA campus.

This is an opportunity for organizations to engage festival goers of all ages with interactive content exploring science, technology, engineering and arts in areas arranged as neighborhoods of Art, Everyday Life, the Natural World, Tomorrow and You.

Science City activities should support informal STEM learning in our community and enrich the public’s scientific knowledge and interest. Deadline to apply is Nov. 20. Applications are available at tucsonfestivalofbooks.org.

The Tucson Festival of Books was named in 2024 one of the nine book festivals in the world worth traveling for by CondΓ© Nast Traveler. Since 2009, the festival has raised over $2.2 million for literacy organizations in Tucson. The non-profit festival is the third largest in the United States. More than 130,000 attendees are expected over the festival weekend.
