Mountain Shadows Presbyterian Church, 14240 N. Oracle Road, has launched a Christian Meditation Group 2 to 3 p.m. Thursdays.Β
The free class is open to anyone interested and is run by Joe Doerfer, the owner of the online Contemplative Life Bookstore, according to press materials.Β
The church will also be hosting a three-part Lenten program by the Rev. Rachel Srubas 2 p.m. Wednesdays, March 8, March 15 and March 22.
