Southern Arizona Interfaith and St. Augustine Cathedral will host a session about rights and citizenship at the cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave. 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 23.

That bilingual session will include speakers from Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona and the Consulate of Mexico in Tucson.

Later in the week, Pima County Interfaith Civic Education Organization and Literacy Connects will host the Ward 3 Democratic primary candidates for an accountability session 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 27.

Candidates Felicia Chew, Paul Durham and Tom Tronsdal are slated to attend the meet-and-greet at Literacy Connects, 200 E. Yavapai Road, along with several faith leaders and the mayor, according to press materials.
