The Secular Humanist Jewish Circle will host a lecture about "Human Rights and the Criminal Justice System" 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19 at the Martha Cooper Library, 1377 N. Catalina Ave.
The group asks that visitors bring a snack to share and food bank donation.
