Local soccer league to honor refs 

The 5,000-member Pima County Junior Soccer League will honor its referees of the year next Saturday on Referee Appreciation Day. Aaron Penazek is the Youth Male Referee of the Year; Maddie James is the Youth Female Referee of the Year; Keaton Jarvis is the Adult Male Referee of the Year; Celina Marquez is the Adult Female Referee of the Year.
