Item 9 on the Tucson City Council agenda Tuesday is “Amending Tucson City Golf Rates.”

It’s showdown day. OB Sports, which manages the five city courses, is expected to ask for rate increases. A bigger question is likely to be explored: Can any of the five courses be sold or shuttered?
