Re: the July 5 article "Two Board of Supervisors GOP primaries set to be competitive."
I am a 28-year District 4 resident. I knew Ray Carroll was not running again but until I read the July 5 Star did not know any of those who want to be candidates for the office. These people say they have been knocking on doors about running for over a year and yet no one in my area has ever heard of then. I would suggest if they what my vote, they should make themselves know to the those they want to represent. It looks as thought the 2016 elections are in great need of repair at all levels from top to bottom.
