The Pima County Board of Supervisors will hold its only December meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 9 a.m.

There’s a lot on the agenda, but some of the more interesting or higher-profile items include the following:

  • Consideration of an effluent water deal with the Bureau of Reclamation.
  • The lease terms for Vector Space Systems Inc., which intends to build a rocket-manufacturing facility on county-owned land south of the airport.
  • Significant changes to a 3,200-acre specific plan between Swan and Wilmot roads.
  • Changes to the management arrangement at the Mike Jacob Sportspark on the northwest side.

The supervisors meet at 9 a.m. on the first floor of 130 W. Congress St.
