Can't wait for the Tucson Festival of Books? Then register for the Prologue Party. But be fast, it's limited to the first 300 to register.Β 

Eager to know who will be among the presenting authors at the 2016 Tucson Festival of Books? Well, the festival organizers have a holiday treat.

The Prologue to the festival with author announcements will be Sunday, Nov. 22 at the University of Arizona Bookstore in the Student Union Memorial. (There will be shopping.)

Here’s the agenda:

1 p.m.: Registration and shopping

2:15: Literacy Donation

2:30: Author announcements and book raffle

3:15-5: Reception and shopping

The event is free, but seating is limited to 300. Make a reservation by Tuesday, Nov. 17 at TucsonFestivaofBooks.org or call 621-0302.

Free parking in many surface lots on campus and paid parking available in the Second Street Garage.

The Tucson Festival of Books is set 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, March 12-13 on the University of Arizona campus.
