The Tucson Unified School District is teaming up with Pima Community College to inform families about pathways to college.

The Parent University event is geared toward TUSD families with children in grades K-12 and will be held Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the PCC West Campus, 2202 W. Anklam Road.

Students between 6 and 10 years old will attend β€œKid Kollege,” those 11 years old and up will attend workshops.

A few of the topics that will be discussed include financial aid, helping exceptional education students transition to college, preparing for college and becoming a student athlete.
