Pima County Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a man suspected of stealing alcohol and cigarettes from at least two Circle K stores, authorities said.

At about 3 a.m. on Aug. 30, deputies responded to a theft at the Circle K located at 3845 South Country Club Road, said department spokesman Deputy Tracy Suitt.

Upon arrival, deputies learned that the suspect took beer and numerous packs of cigarettes from behind the counter and left the store without paying.

Two weeks later, on Sept. 13, the same suspect entered the Circle K at 5818 South Palo Verde Road shortly before 2:30 a.m. Again, he went behind the counter, this time taking multiple bottles of liquor before leaving without paying for them, Suitt said.

The man, who was caught on surveillance, is described as having dark hair and was last seen wearing a black jacket and bright red sneakers with white trim.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
