A serious single-vehicle rollover crash closed eastbound Interstate 10 near Benson for more than an hour on June 7, officials say.
A medical helicopter was needed for two of the four people injured in the incident near milepost 317, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
All four occupants suffered serious injuries, said Bart Graves, a Department of Public Safety spokesman. Their injuries are not considered life threatening.
Graves said the vehicle caught fire after the initial rollover but the occupants were extricated from the vehicle.
Detectives are investigating the driver "who may have been impaired by drugs," Graves said.
The Arizona Department of Transportation reported the road closure at about 9:15 p.m. The road reopened shortly before 10:40 p.m.
No further information has been released.
