Tucson snow birds may celebrate as the region warms to almost normal temperatures today and above normal tomorrow and Wednesday.
A dense fog advisory is in effect until 9 a.m., weather officials say. After the fog clears from the region, today's temps will be 5 to 8 degrees higher than yesterday's.
