A Hereford man who was in a rollover Wednesday, June 14, was arrested and is facing extreme DUI, said Sierra Vista police officials.
Terry Burke, 30, was not injured in the crash near Coronado Drive and Buffalo Soldier Trail, said authorities in a news release Thursday.
Officers and medical personnel were dispatched to the crash at 3:40 p.m. and learned that the vehicle had rolled twice before coming to rest on the south side of Buffalo Soldier Trail.
An extreme DUI charge applies when a person has a blood alcohol content of at least .20. A person is considered DUI with a blood alcohol level of .08.
Police did not release Burke's specific BAC level.
