Law enforcement were out in force at one Tucson neighborhood Saturday, but it wasn't for any complaints or arrests.
Tucson police say they needed to deliver a birthday surprise to "one of our biggest fans," Alex Vizcarra, a 7-year-old recovering from a Leukemia diagnosis from two years ago.
They were joined by several agencies to help brighten Alex's day.
