A two-vehicle head-on crash, causing one vehicle to roll has blocked a portion of East Valencia Road Wednesday evening.
The drivers of each vehicle were cut out of the wreckage, which occurred about 5 p.m., said Deputy Cody Gress of the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
Both were transported to a hospital and their conditions were unknown, Gress said.
Eastbound Valencia is blocked between South Swan Road and South Alvernon Way. One of the vehicles crossed over a median, said Gress.
Traffic detectives are at the scene.
