A 30-year old man has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder stemming from the fatal shooting in June in South Tucson, authorities say.
Jose K. Chavez was taken into police custody on July 6. He was booked into the Pima County jail on a $1 million bond, South Tucson police said.
The June 17 shooting occurred near South Sixth Avenue and Interstate 10, police said.
Trevor Frodsham, 21, was found shot to death inside his vehicle.
