A woman was arrested after she attempted to smuggle methamphetamine into the United States on Monday, officials say.

Border agents in Nogales referred a 27-year-old Mexican national for further inspection of her car, according to a news release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection. When a drug dog alerted to a scent in the car, officers found more than 22 pounds of meth.

The drugs were said to be valued at more than $67,000, the release shows.

The drugs and the car were seized and the woman was arrested. No further information has been released.
