Lee Lee Supermarket at 1990 W. Orange Grove Road on the north side of the Tucson metro area is one of three in Arizona.

A California company has acquired Lee Lee Oriental Supermarket and its three Arizona markets including one in metro Tucson.

Maison Solutions Inc., based in Monterey Park, an Asian specialty grocery retailer, said it will pay $22.2 million in cash and debt for Lee Lee and continue to operate the markets as part of an expansion plan.

Lee Lee’s roughly 50,000-square foot store, at 1990 W. Orange Grove Road, includes a Vietnamese restaurant and a barbecue restaurant. The company also has markets in Chandler and Peoria in the Phoenix metro area.
