A man who escaped from the the Pima County jail two weeks ago has been found dead in Mexico, officials said.
Luis Moreno, 30, escaped through the back dock outside of the jail's kitchen about 2 p.m. Dec. 28, a sheriff's department news release said.
He had turned himself in to face 30 days in jail for an outstanding DUI warrant the previous day.
No further information was immediately available.
