Shortly after being released from Cochise County jail, Pedro Saucedo, 53, attempted to break into cars in the facility's parking lot.

Shortly after being released from Cochise County jail, a Douglas man was arrested and booked again, officials say.

On Sunday, 53-year-old Pedro Saucedo was booked into the jail on trespassing charges, a news release from the Cochise County Sheriff's Office shows.

Saucedo was released the following day. Upon his release, he went into the jail's parking lot and attempted to break into several cars, the news release says.

He then got into the driver's seat of a vehicle that was occupied by another man. Saucedo demanded the keys to the car, but was unsuccessful and continued to search for a different car in the parking lot.

Saucedo was arrested and booked into the Cochise County jail again. He is currently facing charges that include robbery and theft of means of transportation.
