Tucsonans were met with slick roads during their work commute as scattered storms arrived in the area.
However, the fast-moving storms only provided less than a quarter inch of rain across the city, the National Weather Service said.

Due to the speed of the storms (40 mph), not much rain fell. Generally less than a quarter inch across Tucson. #azwx pic.twitter.com/bTAM1uG5JE
The best chance for additional storms has moved to portions of Cochise, Graham, and Greenlee counties, officials said.
By tomorrow, drier conditions are expected to arrive and last through the weekend.
