Tucson fire crews responded to a house fire on Tucson's south side Thursday afternoon.

Crews were dispatched to the blaze in the 900 block of West Pennsylvania Drive, south of Ajo Way, after receiving calls from neighbors shortly after 4 p.m., a news release from the Tucson Fire Department said.Β 

A family of three lives at the home but were not home at the time, the release shows.

The fire took 25 firefighters and 17 minutes to control. According to the release, one firefighter was taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons.

The cause of the fire is being investigated. The family is currently staying with relatives.
