The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for areas in southeast Arizona, including Tucson.
The watch begins at 11 a.m. today and is expected to last until midnight.Β
A flash flood watch is in place when weather conditions are favorable for flooding. This does not necessarily mean that flooding will happen, but that it's a possibility.Β
