Tucson police rushed to Flowing Wells High School Tuesday afternoon after a report of an armed person on campus, officials said.
No gunman was found.
Officers began responding to the school at 3725 N. Flowing Wells Road shortly before 2:30 p.m. after a student told school authorities a person who was possibly armed entered the campus.
The school was put into lockdown and police searched the campus room-by-room.
