Construction crews will close Ajo Way in both directions tonight between Interstate 19 and Holiday Isle Boulevard for paving work.
The work will last from 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday.
Crews will restart the work, which includes lane reconfigurations, at the same time Thursday night, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Residents near the area will have access to their homes, ADOT said.
Motorists should use caution and watch for personnel in the area.
