For the project, the news and opinion blog is interviewing people about their hopes, dreams, fears and what they think it means to be American.
In the Tucson post, aptly called "It's like being on vacation every day," Tucsonans talked to HuffPost about "their love of the 'blue city' in a 'red state,' weather, charm and more."
HuffPost talked to locals of all ages, some who are lifelong residents and some who recently arrived, but everyone had something great to say about Tucson.
